UPS Freight costs
For a total order value over 119,00 €, the UPS delivery will be for free. For a total order value less than 119,00 €, you only need to pay an amount over 12 € for freight. Your goods are insured for shipment, without any additional costs.
UPS Shipment service
Our parcels are delivered to you via UPS (United Parcel Service) from Monday to Friday. The proof of delivery needs to be signed out by the receiver. In case you are absent for reception of your parcel, you will then be informed via UPS (through a letter of advice) and the carrier will try twice to deliver you before sending it back to us in Germany.
