UPS Shipment service

Our parcels are delivered to you via UPS from Monday to Friday. The proof of delivery needs to be signed out by the receiver. In case you are absent for reception of your parcel, you will then be informed via UPS (through a letter of advice) and the carrier will try twice to deliver you before sending it back to us in Germany.

Time of delivery

UPS Freight costs

For a total order value over 325 SGD, the UPS delivery will be for free. For a total order value less than 325 SGD, you have to pay an amount over 69 SGD for freight. Your goods are insured for shipment, without any additional costs.
