How to place order with the organizer?

You will receive an email acknowledging your order. In this acknowledgement email, you will be advised how to make payment.

How to make payment?

Your payment will be made directly to the organizer via your local interbank transfer. Payment details will be emailed to you after you have emailed your order details.

Do I need to have a credit card or paypal account?

You do not need to make payment via credit card or paypal. Upon placing order on your behalf, the organizer will make payment on your behalf as well.

How much do I need to pay?

The price you pay will be based on the prices on our website in Euro. It will be converted to your local currency based on exchange rate determined by Credit Card Company. The prices indicated on our website in your local currency serve as a guide and do not represent the final amount charged.

Do I need to pay any shipping charges? Are there any other handling charges?

You need not pay shipping or handling charges from Germany to Singapore as the orders will be consolidated to ensure minimum shipping requirement is met to qualify for free shipping. However, you may be subject to import duties and taxes of your country depending on the value of your order. Such import duties and taxes will then be divided and borne by those who have ordered.

There is no handling charge imposed by the organizer at the moment.

How do I know if my order has been placed?

You will be informed via email once your order has been placed.

How long do I have to wait for my item to arrive?

Once order has been placed, it will normally take 7 days to arrive. You will be notified via email once your order has arrived and is ready for collection.

How to collect your order?

Item can be self-collected or mailed to you. If you would like to have your item mailed to you, postage and registered mail cost will have to be borne by you. Once the item has been sent out, the organizer will not be responsible for it.
